Chauffeur-Driven Asian Wedding Car Hire Across Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire & London

An Asian wedding is rarely one moment. It is the Baraat, the ceremony, the Doli and the reception, often across different venues and sometimes different days. We plan every journey around your timings, so the car is waiting, dressed and ready before anyone has to ask.

Coopers of Goodwood is a family-run classic car company based near the Goodwood Estate. We provide chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Mercedes-Benz wedding cars for Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, Punjabi and Gujarati weddings across West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire, and into London on request.

More than a car between venues

Every wedding car we send comes with the full Coopers experience as standard. Chilled champagne for the couple. A Polaroid taken in the car, capturing the quiet moment between ceremonies that the photographer never sees. A car scented and prepared for the day.

There are a few other touches we keep as a surprise. We will tell you about them on the call.

Sikh wedding car hire

The Baraat is the groom’s arrival, traditionally on horseback with family, music and dancing. Many grooms now arrive in a classic Rolls-Royce instead. Your chauffeur will time the arrival with the dhol and your family so the car leads the procession, not the other way round.

After the Anand Karaj at the Gurdwara, the car waits for the Doli, when the bride leaves her family home. We allow for this moment to take as long as it needs.

Hindu wedding car hire

Hindu weddings often move between several ceremonies and venues in one day. The car becomes a calm space between them, somewhere to sit down, catch your breath and fix a dupatta before the next arrival.

If your family follows the coconut tradition, your chauffeur will gently drive over the coconut as the car sets off after the Vidaai, to clear the way for the couple’s new life together.

Muslim and Pakistani wedding car hire

Pakistani weddings usually run over several days, from the Mehndi and Baraat to the Rukhsati and Walima. We can provide cars for one event or for every day of the celebration, with the same chauffeur throughout if you would like.

The farewell: Vidaai, Doli and Rukhsati

Whatever your family calls it, the bride’s farewell is often the most emotional moment of the whole wedding. Relatives gather round the car, younger cousins may try to hold it up, and everyone wants a last word. Your chauffeur knows to stay patient, keep the door, and let the moment unfold.

Our Asian wedding cars

Rolls-Royce Phantom VI

Rolls Royce Phantom front grill close up

Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud III

luxury car with green leather seats and flower decorations

Silver over dark green, with original leather and walnut. A classic, statesmanlike car that has appeared on ITV.

Mercedes-Benz 250 SE Coupé

Ivory with red leather. The red interior suits a traditional red bridal outfit beautifully, which is why couples often choose it.

Rolls-Royce Ghost

Dark indigo blue with cream leather interior.  It is a modern luxury car

Room for lehengas, sarees and sherwanis

Bridal outfits are heavy, layered and often delicate. Our chauffeurs help the bride in and out, arrange the outfit so nothing creases or catches, and drive smoothly so hair and make-up arrive exactly as they left.

Decorating your wedding car

We dress every car with ribbons and fresh flowers to suit your colours. If you would like fuller floral decoration, we are happy to work with your florist. The one rule: the Spirit of Ecstasy on the bonnet always stays visible.

Multiple venues, long days and family cars

Asian weddings often mean early starts, long gaps between ceremonies and a lot of family to move. We can:

  • Wait between ceremonies, so the car is there when you need it
  • Provide several cars for parents, grandparents and the bridal party
  • Coordinate timings with your planner, venue and photographer
  • Cover single-day or multi-day celebrations

FAQ Asian Wedding Cars

Can the car drive over a coconut? Yes. If your family follows the tradition, your chauffeur will drive gently over the coconut as the car leaves after the Vidaai or Doli.

Can you decorate the car with flowers? Yes. Every car comes with ribbons and fresh flowers, and we are happy to work with your own florist for fuller decoration. The Spirit of Ecstasy always stays visible.

Will the car wait between ceremonies? Yes. We plan waiting time into your booking so the car is ready whenever you are, including long gaps between the ceremony and reception.

Can you provide more than one car? Yes. We can supply several cars for the couple, parents, grandparents and bridal party, so family members do not need to drive.

Do you cover multi-day weddings? Yes. We can provide cars for the Mehndi, Baraat, ceremony, Walima or reception, on one day or across several.

Can the groom arrive in the car for the Baraat? Yes. Your chauffeur will coordinate with your family and the dhol player so the arrival is timed properly.

Which areas do you cover? West Sussex, East Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire, and London on request.

Is there room for a full lehenga or sherwani? Yes. The Phantom VI and Silver Cloud III are especially roomy, and your chauffeur will help arrange the outfit so it arrives uncreased.
